We’re beginning a series on our eldest daughter’s favorite show, Puella Magi Madoka Magica!
She’s five. But before you judge us, we thought this was going to be a cute and enriching show from the Magical Girl’s genre, not the psychological horror it turned out to be. So we’re going to talk about it!
We’re going to explain all the crazy of this “deconstructed” Magical Girl show that’s been all the talk around the anime forums, and give you “The Story They Didn’t Tell you” (aka an inaccurate retelling for people in a hurry.)
